In Sanskrit, seva means selfless service. Open your heart and fill up your soul, while you help to fill up the local food bank. This 60-minute, beginner-friendly yoga class will focus on mindfully breathing and stretching to calm the mind and release tension in the body. This class is free with a donation to the charity. Come join us as we breathe and stretch while helping the community!
