Following this powerful practice, I will lead participants into a Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra helps one explore states of consciousness and is proven to be a therapeutic form of meditation. Research shows that this practice can help cure psychological disorders like anxiety, PTSD, depression and insomnia. This relaxing surrender helps participants heal as they dance into awareness of the true self. You need no experience with any sort of Yoga or Meditation to practice Kundalini or Yoga Nidra.
