This 90 minute class will focus on real world solutions to decreasing the stress we deal with in everyday life, using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), mindfulness, meditation, yoga, dietary therapy, and Qi Gong. Ann and Nicole will explain, demonstrate, and teach you simple techniques to help reduce your stress level, every day. Discussions will include the causes of stress and how we commonly react to them, ways we can lessen the effect of stressful situations, and things we can do every day to lower stress levels before they negatively affect us.
