Tracy started yoga as a way to deal with the increasing pressures of family, personal, and work schedules, and to find balance in her life. She found that in yoga. She also found that the more yoga she did, the better she felt. It wasn't solely because of yoga's fitness benefits, but because it quieted her mind, started to re-connect her with herself, and helped her to successfully meditate. Tracy is looking forward to her life long yoga learning experience and helping others with their own experiences.
