Samantha Cassaro is an 200 E-RYT and Level II Reiki practitioner. She completed her yoga teacher training at Rasa Yoga in Houston, TX with Tracie Brace Hatton, and acquired her Reiki certification from Maha Rose in Brooklyn, NY. Samantha has also gone on to achieve additional teaching certifications in Kids Yoga from Rainbow Kids, as well as VaihAyasa Aerial Yoga.
She is currently enrolled at Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda and is studying to become an Ayurvedic Counselor. Sam has been practicing and studying Ayurveda for years. She fell in love with Ayurveda after seeing first hand the positive changes it had on her own life. Sam is also a hobby organic farmer and healing stone jewelry maker.
