Amy Noble

Amy found yoga in 2002, after the birth of her daughter. At that point, yoga was a tool to get back into shape. It quickly became more than that. In 2007, she received her 200-hour teaching certification through Integral Yoga Institute of Princeton learning under many wonderful teachers. Amy also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Special Education, and teaches at a local middle school. In most recent years, after a few life changing events, Amy’s practice has deepened spiritually and physically, and is now the core of her life. “Yoga is more than postures, it is about becoming truthful with oneself and leading a conscious life.”
