Welcome to Spiritual Journey Wellness Center!
We at Spiritual Journey Wellness Center offer a variety of yoga classes and instructors to support the student in developing a personal yoga practice in a safe, nonjudgemental space. With over 30 classes a week, as well as variety of workshops and other services, our studio aims to accommodate yogis and yoginis with different interests, abilities, and schedules. We are committed to helping the individual student connect with themselves in order to develop self-acceptance, strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
May is an exciting time for us at Spiritual Journey Wellness Center! First, we are welcoming FIVE new teachers to our schedule: Dawn Marie Carroll, Francesca Chirelli, Tracy Danielak, Dani Halsey, and Christine Spielberger. Each one of these yoginis brings with them a new perspective and passion for sharing yoga with the community. Second, we have the addition of a new Active Gentle Class on Thursdays from 12:30-1:30 with Dawn Marie. Finally, in addition to all of our wonderful classes, we have another outstanding line up of workshops for the month of May, including the Kundalini Gong Bath with special guest teacher, Malka-Prem. Check out our classes page and experience page for more information! We look forward to seeing you!
Join MalkaPrem Beloved on Saturday, May 20th from 1-2:30PM as we go on a journey into the full illumination of your Beautiful Spirit with a Sanctuary of Sacred Sounds! Join us for our monthly Seva Yoga on May 21st, from 5:30-6:30. In Sanskrit, seva means selfless service. This class is a beginner friendly, all-levels yoga class designed to open the heart, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the body. Class is free with a donation to our local charity.
