Vinyasa Yoga

Designed for the yogi or yogini with an established practice, this invigorating class links the breath to movement as you seamlessly flow from one pose to another. A variety of standing, seated, and reclining postures are explored throughout each class. Vinyasa Yoga class includes a series of flows such as sun salutations and warrior flows, core work, and mild to moderate inversions. Focus is given to pranayama (breathwork) and meditation that will assist you through moderately challenging flows.
