Sunrise Flow Yoga

Energize the body and mind while greeting the sun and the opportunities of a new day. Beginning with pranayama (breath work), you will be guided through mindful stretching, sun salutation and warrior flows, core work, and meditation. The body will be invigorated and the mind quieted by this moderately paced, Vinyasa style class, allowing you to meet the day’s challenges with peace and grace. Suitable for all levels, however some yoga experience is recommended.
