Find space and peace as you are guided through a moderately paced, Vinyasa style series of postures linked to your breath. Pranayama (breath work) is focused on deepening and experiencing the fullness of your breath. A variety of standing, seated, and reclining postures are utilized to strengthen the body and release tension. Modifications are given to assist the student in achieving proper alignment. Suitable for all levels, however some yoga experience is recommended.
