Prenatal yoga is a safe, gentle class in which the traditional yoga postures are practiced with modifications for the expectant mother. Your body will be experiencing many changes throughout your pregnancy. This class will focus on building strength, flexibility, and breathing techniques to assist you in preparing your body and mind for the birth of your baby, after the birth and your journey into motherhood.
