This gentle, beginner-friendly class is a combination of pranayama (breath work), gentle yoga flows, yin, and restorative postures to calm the mind and relax the body. The class will help to release the tension of the day and allow for a peaceful night’s rest. Props will be used to allow the student to gain full benefits of the asana (poses). Passages will be read during class, harkening back to the bedtime stories of childhood. Pajamas are welcome!
