Hatha Yoga - Moderate/Intermediate Level

Designed for the yogi or yogini with an established practice looking for a moderate to intermediate level class. This vigorous class will energize and strengthen the body and still the mind. Hatha yoga incorporates all types of classical yoga. The student will be guided through high-energy sun salutation flows and flows involving strength enriching postures. Class will conclude with a slower flow and deeper breath work. Modifications are given for all levels.
