Irritable Bowel Syndrome (also known as IBS) is a digestive condition affecting about 45 million people in the US.  Although it is not a serious condition, and it does not do any damage to the colon, it can be very uncomfortable when you experience symptoms such as bloating, cramping, and diarrhea. Reflux/Heartburn is also an uncomfortable condition that results in acidity coming back up the esophagus, creating burping and bad taste in the mouth. In this 1 hour, all levels yoga class gentle postures will be done to help relieve symptoms from these conditions; as well as breathing techniques, belly self-massage, and meditation.
