Allow the strength of your body/mind through yoga practice to extend mind focus and body flow to the movement of Dance. Experience the synergy of body and breath as it lifts movements and releases your inner most expression.  Each class willintroduce a different style of dance. The class format will be warm up (floor, across the floor, bar/wall work), teaching a short routine in that style, practicing/executing that routine to music, and cool down with Savasana.
