Children's Yoga

This class, designed for ages 7-12, introduces children to yoga in a fun, lighthearted manner. Children will be led through various kinds of breathing exercises, physical poses, and relaxation techniques. With the support of the teacher, children work together in partner poses and group activities, as well as taking time for their own individual practice. Introducing yoga to children at any age helps to build a strong foundation of physical strength, confidence, and the ability to manage stress.
