We offer classes for the mind, body, & spirit. Our classes include Yoga, Hot Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, & PiYo. We have a variety of monthly Spiritual Workshops that include Meditation, Tarot Cards, & Mediumship Circle with Leslie Lagani. We also have Special Event Workshops such as Aura reading, Kirtan, and Art to Music to name a few.

Healthy Summer Body Challenge NEW Special!

 We are offering our Get ready for summer "Healthy Summer Body" challenge with our lovely Angela Frost. You must take Angela's  PiYo classes Monday 8:15, Wednesday PiYo at 5:45 & Angela's Friday Zumba class at 7:30 (Cannot be used on other classes). $9o a month  or both PiYo classes only $65 per month. Must be purchased the first week of the month.

This is an amazing offer. PiYo classes regular $11 a class & Zumba regular $10. So get fit while enjoying the wonderful energy this will bring your mind & body!

Spiritual Stones Workshop with Krista

$40 adv / $45 at door

In this workshop, each person will design their own bracelet choosing different semi precious stones, sterling silver spacers and swarovski crystals.  You will also be working with the Healing with the Angels Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue to help boost your creativity.  Krista will then meet with everyone individually and intuitively tell you about the spiritual meanings behind the stones that you chose and the way that they are lined up in your bracelet.  A special spiritual intuitive reading.  A fun, healing and informative event that you can cherish forever.

Chair yoga is beneficial for those who have difficulty getting down or up from the floor.  This class is a very gentle form of yoga.  You will practice yoga postures sitting in a chair, and standing postures using the support of the chair.  A breathing technique (pranayama) will also be taught to balance and calm the mind.  Come and enjoy a relaxing, easy, fun class!
