April 2nd will mark our one year anniversary ! I want to thank all our wonderful teachers & students for making it an amazing year. We will make year two even more incredible ! Our goal is to make you happy & comfortable at the studio.   We are always open to any suggestions you may have.

What We Do...

At Spiritual Journey Wellness Center our yoga instructors are Yoga Alliance certified after completing at least 200 hours of extensive traing in various types of Yoga. From time to time we will add a mentoring teaching. A mentoring teacher will be in the last part of the yoga teachers training program & will be teaching with a certified teacher present.Class price will be less. This is a great way to fit an extra class in.

We teach in a caring and comfortable environment. You will feel welcome when you enter and leave feeling more relaxed. Our goal is to teach you the importance of taking care of your mind, body and spirit. Bringing them together will let you handle everyday stress more easily.

Yoga isn't just about what you do on your mat, it's a lifestyle. But, just spending an hour on the mat delivers many rewards; you will benefit both physically and emotionally which will make you feel healthier and like you have more energy to face life's challenges.

  We now offer Reiki Healing sessions with Suzy 

 $35 for a Half hour $50 an Hour

 Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

       Absolute Beginners Series

Starting June 18th with Natalie

We will be offering a 6 week absolute beginners series. Breaking everything down .This is time to start your yoga practice. We will be going through all the basics & at the end of each class taking time to answer any questions you may have.  So if you never tried yoga before now is your chance. Cost is $85.00 . This class will be offered on Sunday mornings at 8:45 Starting  June 18th  with Natalie.  Included in the price you will also be able to take up to 2 additional gentle classes per week.  To Register call or stop by the studio.
