We offer classes for th mind, body, & spirit. Our classes include Yoga. We have a variety of monthly Spiritual Workshops that include Meditation, Tarot Cards, & Mediumship Circle with Leslie Lagani. We also have Special Event Workshops such as Aura reading, Kirtan, and Art to Music to name a few.

You do not have to be flexible, or have any prior knowledge of yoga. A regular practice offers all kinds of mental and physical health benefits. Some, like improved flexibility, are clearly evident. Others, including mental clarity and stress reduction, may be more subtle but are just as powerful. When put together, all the benefits contribute to an increased feeling of well-being, which helps explain why so many people find yoga so addictive.
This Beginners series is designed to teach basic yoga poses in order to get stronger and more flexible in a safe, non-judgmental environment. We will incorporate the rhythm of your breath, developing a sense of body awareness, and work toward a fully present state of mind to create the foundation for a powerful and lasting yoga practice.

Tween Yoga Sundays 12-1pm
The adolescent years can be challenging for kids today!
They are faced with hormones, negative peer influences, bullying and the inevitable power struggles.
This series is designed to help tweens (9-13) discover techniques through yoga that will help them navigate this terrain. Using yoga postures to build inner and outer strength and flexibility are the main focus of this series.
Also included are partner and group poses.
They will develop a new self-respect and discover healthy, positive, and fun techniques to manage emotions and reduce stress levels using their own inner power to link their body, mind and breath.
They will discover a sense of community in this practice and grow stronger both mentally and physically, in the process!
